The main reason why Hostgator comes next is because it offers affordable hosting plans which starts at only 1 penny for the first month. After the expiration of the first month, it is up to you if you want to continue your subscription.

Despite of the welcome offer of 1 penny, there are no hidden charges in Hostgator. When they say 1 penny, it is only 1 penny.

Again, why do I recommend it? Because I have used it before too. It is the first web host that I tried because of its very affordable price. Hostgator's services and systems are good too.
